Small class sizes allow for personal attention through verbal and physical adjustments. By design, our classes are limited to 20 students.
We intentionally modify and develop the sequence to create an ever-challenging practice that is accessible to all levels, from the beginner to the advanced.
At Moxie, our classes do not incorporate spiritual or philosophical instruction as we believe these facets of yoga are internal and individual journeys. Classes are developed with the rest of life in mind. We promise efficient, effective 55-minute classes that start on time and end on time.
